Some products may be covered by our 14-day satisfaction guarantee as described in the Refunds section of our Help Center.
Creators are responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of the products they list. You must own or have the rights to sell any content you upload. We reserve the right to remove listings that violate these Terms or applicable law.
All products remain the intellectual property of their respective creators. Digimarketvault's branding, design, and platform code are the property of Digimarketvault and may not be copied or reused without permission.
You may not use the platform to distribute unlawful, infringing, or fraudulent content, attempt to circumvent payment systems, or interfere with the security or normal operation of the marketplace.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support; outstanding obligations, such as pending payouts or refunds, will still be honored.
